Accessibility statement

We take accessibility seriously at the National CLEAR Programme and 33n, and our website has been designed with accessibility in mind where possible. We are committed to making our website accessible to all and aim to meet ‘Double-A’ accessibility standards wherever possible.

For guidance on how to improve your web browsing experience, the BBC has created some useful documents and videos on the My Web, My Way site. Here you will find ‘how to’ guides that provide you with assistance on changing your browser settings to increase the font size, change text, and background colours. It also includes information on screen readers, screen magnifiers and other software available to improve website accessibility dependent on your personal needs.

Where we link to or embed content from other websites e.g. YouTube, we cannot control whether or not this content is accessible, however we will aim to improve this and provide transcripts and alternative formats where possible.

We have taken accessibility in mind with our display features, including using our brand colours to be easy on the eye and to read against.

If you find that our website is not as accessible as it could be, we would value your feedback and will ensure we rectify this. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and we wish to resolve any accessibility issues we can whenever it is possible, within our remit. If you are experiencing any problems using this website or have any queries, please contact us at by emailing clear.team@hee.nhs.uk
