Transforming key mental health services and building innovation skills in North East and Yorkshire
Friday 11 October, 13:00 – 14:00
This webinar will explore two mental health projects from our CLEAR North East and Yorkshire Capability Programme. We’ll discuss a project at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust that redesigned the crisis referral pathways to deliver faster, more streamlined care and a project at Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust which examined its community enhancing recovery team (CERT) to make the service more efficient.
Both projects were led by clinicians and managers at the trusts and NHS England – North East and Yorkshire. They were supported by the National CLEAR Progamme to navigate the CLEAR methodology to understand the key challenges through data interrogation and clinical insights, and design innovative new models of care to improve the services.
The teams leading the work will discuss the challenges they faced, projected impacts, lessons learnt and next steps.
Sponsored by NHS England – North East and Yorkshire, the CLEAR North East and Yorkshire Capability Programme encompassed a range of mental health and UEC projects across three sites in the region -transforming key services and building transforming skills among the workforce.
We will send you the webinar joining link once you have registered.
