More than 200 clinicians have been trained in the CLEAR approach and methodology so far – with many gaining new skills in data analysis, workforce redesign and leadership. Some staff now work for the national team while others have been promoted after taking part in the full 26-week CLEAR transformation projects. They feel being part of CLEAR has been a key factor in advancing their careers and given them a voice to lead change.
In this session, three NHS staff outlined their CLEAR journey to date and the impact it has made on their work and personally.
