CLEAR compact
This is a more condensed version of our flagship work-based learning programme. It is designed for NHS organisations and systems looking to achieve transformation at pace but do not have the capacity to free up clinicians to be trained in service redesign.
Experienced members of the national CLEAR team conduct the transformation project working closely with the organisation involved, gathering insight from key stakeholders, analysing data and developing a series of recommendations.
Depending on the complexity, these projects take around six months to complete excluding the mobilisation phase (project initiation, data extraction).
There is no direct training, but clinicians and managers are closely involved in all stages of the process, some examples are outlined below.
