Reducing waiting times and streamlining care

Join us to hear how the CLEAR team supported Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to improve their Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Hull and East Riding, as part of our CLEAR North East and Yorkshire Capability Programme.

Sponsored by NHS England – North East and Yorkshire Region,  the project looked at ways to reduce waiting lists, make processes more efficient and improve patient care. This included looking at the criteria for care, exploring opportunities to enhance the urgent treatment pathway and for improved system collaboration to support children and young people after discharge.
