Welcome to our new webinar series where we will be sharing the learning and impact from our recent CLEAR transformation projects.
Last year we ran more than 50 projects so there’s plenty to discuss. Many are still underway but as they come to end we will be gathering all those involved – our associates (clinicians from NHS organisations who we supported to lead some of the projects), system leaders, commissioners and colleagues from the national CLEAR programme team – to talk through the challenges, recommendations, implementation to date and aspirations for the future.
Clinicians from primary and secondary care will discuss the challenges they were facing and the design of innovative new models of care to make their services more sustainable. Those that took part in our education programme will also reflect on the skills they learnt while also working to improve productivity, optimise teams’ skills and enhance patient outcomes.
Chaired by the CLEAR team, the series will look at what was discovered at each stage of the CLEAR methodology – clinical engagement, data interrogation, innovations and recommendations.
The projects have been supporting the NHS tackle a range of national priorities including urgent and emergency care, elective recovery, mental health, ophthalmology and primary care. We hope you will join us or catch up on the recordings of the sessions to gather valuable insight for your work. Please get in touch if you would like to update us on your CLEAR project.
We look forward to seeing you at our events this year!
