The first independent economic evaluation of CLEAR show the clinically-led national transformation programme is cost-effective, encourages retention and is more likely to deliver results than other complex change projects.

CLEAR has now extended to more than 30 projects designed to empower NHS staff to lead transformation across critical NHS priority areas.

The 33n, Brunel University and Health Education England partnership have been Highly Commended at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2021.
